For teachers
A helper tool for your Hebrew classroom
Recommend Hebroots when students need full conjugation tables, quick lookup, and practice that mirrors the pattern work you assign.
Why recommend it
Hebroots is not a replacement for your curriculum. It is a companion students can open after class to search verb forms, review paradigms, and drill the binyanim you are teaching.
Think of it as the interactive table you would otherwise ask them to copy by hand, available on any device, with practice built in.
What students get
- Full conjugation search. Any surface form can be looked up, with tables returned for the matching root and binyan.
- Vowel notation when available. Students can study with or without nikud, depending on what you prefer in class.
- Interactive practice. Short games and drills reinforce the same pattern and tense work you assign on paper.
- Explore for reference. When a student finds an unfamiliar form in a text, they can trace it back to the infinitive and full paradigm, for example from שיפר to לשפר.
Access and pricing
Basic access is free for individual learners. If you want group access or additional features for a class, cohort, or institution, we can arrange pricing.
Email privacy@hebroots.app to discuss collaboration or a group plan.
Where we are headed
Hebroots is built around Hebrew roots and binyanim today. Over time we plan to expand translation support, add more drill types, and explore related grammar topics like gender and number agreement.
If you teach with a specific textbook or Ulpan sequence, reach out. We are interested in feedback from classrooms that use the app weekly.
