The service

Hebroots provides tools to look up, study, and review Hebrew verbs, including lessons, games, and related learning content. Features may change as we improve the product.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• probe, scrape, or overload the service without permission;

Educational content

Hebroots is a learning aid, not a substitute for formal instruction, certification, or professional advice. Conjugations and glosses may contain errors while content is being expanded and reviewed.

Intellectual property

Hebroots owns the service, branding, software, and original materials we provide. You receive a limited, personal, non exclusive license to use the service for your own learning. Do not reuse our materials for commercial products without written permission.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hebroots and its team will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of USD $50 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Hebroots at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service. Sections that should survive termination will remain in effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
